The whole world has to unite to offer rebuff to the terror menace through out the world, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman told the press in Vinnytsia on Sunday.
Groysman called the events that took place in Paris on November 13 "terrible tragedy" and "a challenge to the whole civilized world."
The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament also drew attention to the fact that Ukraine "is now suffering terror attacks of the Russian Federation and its mercenaries." He drew an analogy of the events in Paris with the ones in Volnovakha and Mariupol.
Groysman pointed out current escalation of the situation in the east of Ukraine.
"I believe that all these crimes against humanity have the same roots and now the whole world has to consolidate to overcome the terror aggression, aggression of the countries turning into barbarians," he said.
"Joint victory lies in our unity. We have to restore peace, restore the system of international security. I believe this is one of the most important challenges all the world leaders are facing today," Groysman said.
